Cheese Tasting
New Cheese tasting at our stall in the English Market, on Friday 28th April at 11.30am.
The tasting will include a Young Pecorino and a Fresh Sheep's Milk Ricotta.
The cheesemaker Vincenzo has suggested that the Ricotta can have both sweet and savour accompaniments, it's a cheese for all occasions!!
Vincenzo is located in Inchigeela, Co. Cork, with his herd of sheep.
