Wedding Cheese Cakes
Wedding cheesecakes are growing in popularity as a sophisticated and delicious alternative to traditional wedding cakes. Elevate your special day with a beautifully arranged tier of artisanal cheeses, offering a unique twist on classic wedding desserts. As Marie-Antoinette once famously said, "Let them eat cake!"—but we believe, "Life is great, cheese makes it better." Make your celebration truly unforgettable with a savoury, indulgent cheese tower that’s sure to delight your guests!
Our wedding cheesecakes are made to order, tailored to your specific preferences. To estimate the size of your cake, consider that a single tasting portion per person is approximately 50 grams of cheese (about 4–5 different cheeses, each 10–12 grams). Please note that this refers to tasting portions, not full slices of each cheese.
Here’s a guideline for the amount of cheese you may need:
- 100 people: 5 kilograms
- 80 people: 4 kilograms
- 120 people: 6 kilograms
- 150 people: 7.5 kilograms
- 200 people: 10 kilograms
- 300 people: 15 kilograms
These amounts are estimates, and the final size may vary depending on the specific cheeses chosen and their weight.
