Fleur de Sel Saunier de Camargue

The Fleur de Sel is a natural crystal of sea salt coming from the Marshes of Camargue. (Rhone Delta on the Mediterranean sea) 125G

This is the King of Salt. It is the first salt harvested, on the top layers of the dried marsh, unbleached, but naturally bathed by the sun. It's not ground, but naturally a small crystal which makes it an amazing table salt 

This salt is the result of a short-lived crystallization on the surface of the water and is harvested by hand. This unique, delicate and crunchy salt has always been an essential ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine.
