They are crisps Joe…but not as we know them! In fact these are hand-cooked vegetable crisps from Ballycurraginny Farm, Killeagh in Cork. Farmer Joe Burns and his wife Sandra have come up with an innovative way to add value to the produce on their farm, resulting in beetroot, carrot and parsnip crisps delicately sprinkled with sea salt which are deliciously crunchy and full of – flavour. They are so wholesome, we’re wondering if they count as part of our five a day and are our nibble of choice when sipping an Irish Craft Beer!
