PREPARATION TIPS

The Bayonne ham piperade is reheated over low heat. Serve it as an accompaniment to meat or fish. Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 72 hours.

Tomatoes, green peppers, onions, red peppers, Bayonne ham (6%) (pork leg, salt from Salies de Béarn, sugar, preservative: saltpetre), water, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, Espelette pepper (0.05%).
