At On the Pigâs Back, we proudly produce our own range of artisan pĂątĂ©s, terrines, and cooked meats, handmade in small batches at our production kitchen in Douglas, Cork.
Since opening our original stall in the English Market in 1992, weâve been celebrated for our dedication to farmhouse cheeses, high-quality charcuterie (retail only), and our multi award-winning homemade specialities.
Our Douglas café, opened in 2009, is where we craft these products using:
