Domaine Eric Gelly White - Deliciously crisp and juicy Mediterranean blend of Vermentino and Muscat from France’s sunny south coast. Cold fermented in stainless steel to accentuate the purity of fruit, the nose is fresh and citrussy with hints of pear and apricot. Crisp, dry and a little racy, there’s delightful depth to the palate with notes of apricot, mandarin and quince, with a twist of pink grapefruit accentuating the clean, refreshing finish.
Domaine Eric Gellly Red - Lots of sweet blackberries, blackcurrants and black plum with beautiful secondary notes of violets, fresh mint and dark chocolate. There’s no oak here, just carefully tended estate Cabernet steel fermented to accentuate the fruit.
Domaine Eric Gellly - Rose -This cracking little blush is crisp, clean and juicy, with delicious strawberry and raspberry flavours, a hint of crushed violets and crunchy red apple on the finish. This is 100% Grenache, steel fermented with skins whipped away before too much colour or tannins are imparted.
Rebuli Prosecco. - Beautifully delineated notes of ripe pear and peach enveloped in a softly-caressing mousse and with succulent hints of honeydew melon on the finish.
