Caramelised Red Onion Marmalade 130g

On The Pigs Back Red Onion Marmalade (130g) is cooked slowly until the onions are completely caramelized, providing the marmalade extra sweetness. 

Absolutely delicious with ham, pastrami, spiced beef, and our pates of course. Also delicious paired with blue cheese, camembert or brie.

Onion marmalade is made similar to fruit marmalade with some extra sugar. The sweet taste makes this product a great accompaniment for cheese, pates with toasted fresh bread.
