Established in 1984, Cashel Blue is the original Irish farmhouse cow’s milk blue cheese. Cashel Blue is a unique creation of Jane and Louis Grubb on their farm in Co. Tipperary.
This semi-soft blue cheese is made using pasteurised whole cow's milk and vegetarian rennet.
This creamy blue is not overly strong but has a lovely tangy finish.
