Cooleeney camembert is a pasteurised cow's milk, handmade on the Cooleeney Farm in Co. Tipperary. This soft and creamy camembert comes in a ceramic dish which makes it ideal for baking and sharing.
Serving suggestion;
Remove wrapping, place the camembert unwrapped back in the dish.
With a knife make a cross on the crust, and insert a clove of garlic and a brunch of rosemary or herb of your choice.
Bake in a hot oven at 120 degrees for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling.
Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
