The Gubbeen Smokehouse range are a delicious range of Irish artisan foods.
They are an essential to any kitchen, any meal, cheese board or charcuterie plate. Always be stocked and prepared to use them wherever and whenever.
These meats are made in West Cork by Fingal Ferguson with his own (or local) pigs.
Choose between Salami or Chorizo, both sold in approximately 100 grams.
Your order can be delivered directly to your home or you can opt to collect your order in our Douglas store if that would be more convenient for you.
