Each region in France produces its specialities of cured ham as a popular choice sausage or cured meats. These products have a guarantee of quality and authenticity with a unique taste linked to each region.
These saucissons are made by Traditional Master Charcuterie of Mont Charvin which is located in the Mountains of the Haute Savoie region. (French Alps)
'Our Saucissons undergo a slow and gentle airing and drying process that allows Mont Charvin’s distinctive aromas to develop.
All of our meats are dry-salted, giving them that typical dried flavour.’

Depth in flavour, perfect salt balance, the 400g size is the perfect size for perfect maturing process. (gentle moisture not too dry..)
Keep in wrapped in the fridge, and/or under 18deg C in a larder.

Slice thinly and serve as an aperitif , a charcuterie plate, or in sandwiches.
Please note this is an artisan product, Weight is approximate, and may vary depending on stage of maturation.
Choose between saucisson with whole almonds, or with whole walnuts kernels, whole hazelnuts, pistachios, three peppercorns, or porcini mushrooms.
