Mr.Pettersen's Raspberry Vinaigrette

I am a small Artisan food producer in West Cork and I produce small batches of a gourmet Raspberry Vinegar, which I call Raspberry Extra together with a Raspberry Vinaigrette.

Every litre of Mr.Pettersen's Raspberry Extra contains over a kilo of Raspberries creating a sensational taste difference between my vinegar and other raspberry vinegars.

I also make a Raspberry Vinaigrette which is is a blend of the intense flavour of my Raspberry Extra together with the addition of wholegrain mustard and extra virgin olive oil.
