Berna and her husband David ran a successful delicatessen called Thyme Out in the village of Dalkey, Co. Dublin. From our onsite kitchen Berna created 3 delicious salad dressings. Our customers loved these dressings so much that we bottled them for sale.
Since selling our delicatessen we have rebranded our dressings to Berna’s Dressings. It gives us great pleasure to be able to continue creating these dressings bringing them to a wider range of customers.
