Ardsallagh goats greek cheese is a goat's-feta-like cheese with a fresh and crumbly texture. perfect addition to any greek salad. This cheese has a gentle salty and tangy flavour.
It's made in Carrigtwohill, co Cork, by the Murphy family, from their own herd of 500 goats, raised on the farm.
