On The Pigs Back wins multiple Blas na hEireann Irish food awards.

This past week On The Pigs Back were delighted to be awarded with all four of its finalist receiving Blas na hEireann awards. The awards symbolise the best of Irish products and we are greatful for the recognition. French food with Irish ingreditents is what we do so well and the Blas na HEireann awards for three of our pates and one of our terrines goes to show that it is loved by others also. 

The Duck Liver Pate won the gold Irish Food awards for the category. While the Pork and Plum Terrine won the silver. It was bronze for 2021s gold winner our Chicken liver with smoked bacon and port, while our Chicken liver with garlic and brandy also received bronze. 

We want On The Pigs Back to be recognised for the high quality pate and terrine producer it is and how it is the category leader in Ireland. Beyond our Pates and Terrines our curred meats are also of the highest quality and worth checking out.
