GOLD !!  After many years ... Our Chicken Liver Pate with Smoked Bacon & Port is still the Tastiest Pate in Ireland.. (and the world!!) :))

BRONZE : This Chicken Liver pate with Garlic & Herbs is much lighter than its brother (Chicken Liver Pate with Garlic & Brandy)  There is still Brandy in it ...  but the butter us replaced with succulent Saindoux (Lard)...
