Fiona and Malcom Falconer are wild about wild food! The Forage Forest in the garden of their home in Co. Wexford is a prolific paradise of wild and cultivated fruits, and herbs. When you try this delicious Elderberry and crab apple jam, you won't have a problem finding uses. . try on toast or simply sublime with a ripe brie or camembert.

Wild about Strawpepper. Wexford, the home of Irish strawberries, is the source of this delicious preserve with a twist. Delicious with goats cheese.
